Shipping policy
Production time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Books may take up to 5 business days due to printing and binding. Apparel and merchandise typically ships within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, production can run a little longer than usual.
Shipping time: After production, delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. You'll see available options, costs, and estimated delivery dates before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email — it can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan it into their system.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose.
Free shipping: Orders of $40 or more ship free within the United States. Standard delivery in 3–5 business days after production is complete.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production begins, we're unable to redirect or reroute shipments.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues can occur, especially during the holiday season.
- P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): please select a USPS / Mail shipping option at checkout, as those addresses require postal delivery.
- Some orders ship from different production facilities, so items may arrive separately — especially if your order includes both books and apparel.
